He is pretty sore and drowsy from medication but needed to make sure all his toys were in his basket when he got home.
The next 10 days are crucial for his recovery and making sure nothing gets infected. Oxfords facial nerve was entrapped within the calcified tissue in his ear canal and had to be removed with the ear canal causing him to have permanent facial nerve paralysis on his left side, this was a risk we had to take with this surgery. We are hoping this will give Oxford a happier healthier life now once he is healed up.
