Happy Easter!!

We hope you had a great Easter weekend!
Oxford got to enjoy some sun tanning on the deck and a few strolls at the walking path followed by a snooze in his favorite room ;)
While Oxford was busy getting his snooze time I started on some Mother's Day favor gifts. We made up some baskets with a stamped candle, bath cupcake, Top note box with flower seeds and a card. Here are the two we made up and sold for some Special Moms......

Multi Purpose Clipboards 4 in 1

Oxford has a pretty busy schedule when it comes to his baths, foot spa's, Dr. appointments and of coarse his family walk on the walking trail. These clipboards can handle it all! They come with a whiteboard, peg board, envelope pockets and mini calendar!

We can dress these up in almost any color or theme for you.

Memories

I love to take pictures, Oxford on the other hand didn't care much for the camera when we first got him. I soon convinced him he was soo cute that we needed to take his picture. Oxford's sister Roxy has 4 scrapbooks of just her so we had a bit of catching up to do.

There are many unique ways to keep photos than just your average photo album. Here is a Memory Box that you can add your photos and notes in....
If your not the crafty type and would like us to had the photos to the box we can do that too!
This Memory Box can hold up to 16 cropped photos. We can also do different color coordination's or different themes just send us a email

Something sweet you can not eat

Oxford and I have some food allergies so we wanted to come up with something for others out there that have the same problem so they aren't left out. We came up with cupcakes, but not the kind of cupcake that you eat.....this cupcake is something you can wear. You get a pair of fuzzy cozy socks and a chapstick, here they are...

Oh Baby!

I recently attended a baby shower and wanted to make something special for my gift. Me and Ox are all about gift baskets and favors, so we decided to make paper baby booties to top off our basket. This is what we came up with ....

These lil cuties are great for adding a little something special to your gift, you can also use them as baby shower favors and fill them with candy for everyone to take home with them. Currently we have 12 girl booties made up and ready to go individually or as a package. Here they are......

Easter Fund Raiser

Oxford and I decided for our first attempt to start raising money we would start off with Easter goodies, and boy oh boy we did much better then we ever thought we would! We sold 30 baskets which each contained 2 candy bags with Easter toppers and a Easter card. We also made up individual candy bags with Easter toppers and sold 40 of those. Thank you for your support everyone!

We have made 1/8 of our goal and have more ideas for our next occasion :)

My Story

I recently have had a new drive for my creativity and here is my story:
In August 2010 we were introduced to Oxford (a 4yr old English Bulldog) who had been up for adoption for months because his family could no longer keep him. Oxford’s story broke our hearts when we learned he had been rescued by this family and given the care he needed and now they could no longer keep him.
After meeting Oxford we were in love with his spirit and character, even our lil French Bulldog loved him from the start so we knew he was meant to be a part of our family.
As we all know English Bulldogs can come with expensive vet bills but when it comes to Oxford I am determined to give him a better and healthy life that he deserves. As a puppy Oxford has had repeated ear infections in one ear which has made his ear skin inflamed and thickened causing his ear canal to close and form growths making it difficult to treat especially since dogs ears have a 90 degree turn at the bottom of the ear canal which makes it hard for the ear to drain since it would have to fight gravity and travel upwards unlike human ear canals. Oxford has been diagnosed with Chronic Otitis Externia and requires a salvage surgery called Total Ear Canal Ablation which involves removal of the entire ear canal, ear drum and part of the middle ear. Oxford will lose hearing in that ear but he will be able to open his mouth wide when he plays with toys and yawn as big as he wants to with out having severe pain in his ear after this surgery.
I am here today because I am raising money for Oxfords surgery and Oxfords one favorite room in our house is my scrapbook room which has given me the idea to take my creativity and sell it for a better life for him. All proceeds made will be going towards Oxfords surgery at Western Veterinary Specialist & Emergency Center in Edmonton.
Thank you for your support
